The length of the guide service is calculated from the moment the guide is available for the client at the appointed meeting place.
A "Full Day" service is understood to be up to 6 hours excluding the lunch break of not more than 2 hours. The guide's lunch during a "Full Day" service will be charged to the client.
Eventual transport and entrance fees for the guide as well as transfer fees (to be agreed upon with the client) and lunch expenses are to be paid by the client.
Where the total number of participants is not known the estimate will be based on a group of 30 people.
Cancellations:
For guide services cancelled up to 48 hours beforehand payment of 90% of fee is required.
For services cancelled up to 7 days beforehand payment of 50% is required.
